Simply choose Repeat-Order on a product page and add it to your basket, then simply checkout as normal. You can add as many Repeat orders to your basket as you like and can mix Repeat-Orders and One-time orders in the same basket.
How to get started
After you have received your first order, additional orders will be automatically processed based on the frequency settings you chose. We will use the original payment method to process orders. You will always receive an email 3 days before we process an additional Repeat-Order.
You can change the date any items of your order repeat individually. Bring the date forward if you used more than normal or push it back if you’ve fallen behind.
Add or Remove Products
You can log into your account and add or remove products to your Auto-order, this will take effect immediately so as long as its before you receive your Order Confirmation email it will be on your next order.
Skip future Repeat-Orders
Easily hit skip on your future auto orders.
You can cancel anytime you like. We recommend you cancel from your account online or via phone on 0113 457 0500 as these options are instant. You may also cancel via email but please allow at least 48 hours before your next Repeat-Order. To cancel via email please provide your name and last order number to email@example.com
If you cancel after a Repeat-Order has been processed and you have not received a shipping notification you can get in touch with our team and we can cancel and refund your order before it is sent, please call 0113 457 0500 to do this.
If you cancel after a Repeat-Order has been processed and your order has been shipped but you don’t want the order you will need to return the order before we can give you a refund. We do not cover return costs.
We do not store any card details at Together, your card details for Repeat orders are stored and processed by a well known payment provider called Stripe.
Stripe are a worldwide payment provider and one of the leaders in their industry. They are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification.

I didn’t mean to start a repeat purchase
You may log into your account and cancel it or get in touch from the help button at the bottom of this page and we will cancel it for you. After you cancel no more orders will be processed.
I can’t access the repeat purchase tab in my account
Please send firstname.lastname@example.org an email including your name, order number and email address which you used to checkout when starting your repeat-order.
Can I have longer than 60 day frequency or shorter than 15 days?
Yes. Please sign up to any frequency Repeat-Order and then get in touch with us providing your name, email, order number and desired frequency we will change it for you.
I can't use PayPal to pay for my order
We currently only accept PayPal for one-time product purchases. Check you don't have a subscription product in your basket.
If you do go back to your basket and remove the item. Then proceed with completing your order and PayPal will available as a payment method.
