Troubleshooting

  • My order hasn’t arrived

    UK orders please allow up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your package. Then let us know it hasn’t arrived by sending an email to help@togetherhealth.co.uk with your name and order number.


    International orders please check your tracking details. If there are no details when using the tracking number please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of your package. Then let us know it hasn’t arrived by sending an email to help@togetherhealth.co.uk with your name and order number.

  • I haven’t received any updates about my order

    Please check for any emails from together@togetherhealth.co.uk in your junk folder.


    Alternatively your email address may have been entered incorrectly. We can change this for you, please email us your name, order number and correct email address to help@togetherhealth.co.uk.

  • Changing an order after it’s been placed

    Please call us on 0113 457 0500 with your name and order number.


    We can not change an order once you have received your Shipping Confirmation email. You can however return any unopened packs for a full refund.

  • Canceling an order after it’s been placed

    We can not cancel an order once you have received your Shipping Confirmation email. You can however return any unopened packs for a full refund.

  • Do you fulfil orders at the weekend?

    We do not currently. Any orders placed at the weekend will but fulfilled the next working day. This includes Repeat-orders.

  • How long before your order is fulfilled

    Orders placed before 1 pm will be fulfilled same day. Order after 1 pm will be fulfilled the next working day.
