• Do you publish negative reviews?

    Absolutely, we treat 5-star and 1-star reviews exactly the same. Our intention for our review system is to provide a platform where current customers can share an honest opinion with potential customers and a public platform where customers and ourselves can engage in honest discussion.

  • How long does it take for my review to be published?

    As we check that each review has followed the review guidelines and passed our quality checks manually, publish times can vary. However, we aim to check and publish each review within 14 working days and usually, it is significantly less than this.

  • Who determines which reviews should be published?

    All reviews are manually checked by our internal team to confirm that they have followed our review guidelines and that they pass our quality assurance checks. This is to ensure reviews are relevant, genuine and appropriate.

  • What are your review guidelines?

    At Together Health, we value all feedback - good or bad. When writing a review, please follow these simple guidelines:

    • Reviews must be for products purchased directly on our website
      We personally check each review to make sure it is genuine and therefore useful to other customers. To do this, we need to verify each purchase and can only do this for products purchased on our website. We check your purchases against the email address you used to create your account with us. 
    • Focus on a single product
      Please write a separate review for each product so we can keep reviews relevant – avoid mentioning other products in your review.
    • Write your review in your own words
      We’d love to hear about your personal experience of using a product and why you liked or disliked it.
    • Please make sure you adhere to the following Terms and Conditions
      We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following types of content. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when posting reviews, you will not:
      • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others (including third-party confidentiality, non-disclosure and contractual obligations).
      • Use abusive, hateful, threatening or discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
      • Post advertisements, ‘spam’ content, or references to other products, offers, or websites
      • Post personal information such as names, email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
      • Post unduly critical or spiteful comments of other reviews posted on the page or their authors
  • What are your quality assurance checks?

    To ensure the relevance and integrity of all our reviews we carry out the following checks on each review.

    • Content must contain a review.
    • The review has followed all our review guidelines.
    • The review is relevant to the product it has been submitted on.
    • There is no conflict of interest such as a review made by a competitor.
    • The review contains no spam content.
    • The review contains relevant information about the customer's experience with the product. 
    • The review contains no duplicate content including content from reviews from other sites selling our products.


  • Do you remove reviews from your website?

    Our review guidelines and quality assurance checks are constantly evolving and updating to ensure reviews are as relevant, genuine and appropriate as possible. If a previously passed review is found to not pass future guidelines and checks it may be removed. If a product formulation is updated and the reviews about it are no longer useful or relevant we may also remove such reviews then. We will never remove reviews because they are low score however, please read Do you publish negative reviews?
