FAQs

  • What are they?

    Together Rewards are our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases,  which you can use to earn discounts off purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save!

  • Who can join?

    Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

  • How do I earn points?

    You can earn points for all sorts of stuff, like referring friends posting reviews and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points login to your account, head to the Together Rewards tab and click the Earn Points option in the menu.

  • How do I view my point balance?

    Your point balance is shown in your account, simply login to your account, head to the Together Rewards tab and you'll see your points balance at the top.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    In your account select the Together Rewards tab and click the menu item Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

  • How do I use my reward?

    Depending on if you claimed a one-time order reward or repeat-order reward you use your reward slightly differently:

    Using a reward on a one-time order: Simply add the products you would like to your basket and checkout as normal. During checkout lookout for the discount code box, paste your code in and click apply. Make sure you do this before using any of the fast checkout services like paypal.

    Using a reward on a repeat-order: If you would like to use the code on a new repeat-order product simply follow the instructions above. If you would like to apply the code to an upcoming subscription just click the repeat-order tab in your account and look out for the '+ apply rewards code'

    Once you click'+ apply rewards code' paste your code into the box that appears and click 'save'. The reward will then be applied to your next repeat-order. If it's not the first time you are using a repeat-order code simply replace the olde code with your new one.

Troubleshooting

  • My code isn't working

    There are 2 types of rewards code, one for one-time orders and another for repeat-orders.

    If your code is not working it may be that you purchased the wrong type of code with your points.

    Below is an example account where both types of codes have been purchased. In the 'Your rewards' section at the bottom, you can see both codes have different descriptions. This is how you can check what type of code you have.

    If you think you may have the wrong type of code just leave us a message below letting us know whats happened, we can then refund your points so you can repurchase the correct type of code.
