  • I’m not going to be in

    Our packaging is designed fit through your letterbox, if you are not in your order will be delivered anyway. Any orders too large for our postbox packaging will be sent tracked so you can monitor their progress and arrange pickup after failed delivery.

  • I didn’t receive a tracking number

    If your order was international please contact help@togetherhealth.co.uk with your name and order number letting us know. If your order was placed in the UK it may not have qualified for tacking but please contact us to find out.
